pandemic is upon us

challenging the immunity

levels of millions

yet, instead of fighting

the deadly bugs

with all your might and power

you spend your precious time

bending reality over the crescent moon

burning through endless memories of past love

and thinking of the glamour and passion

of the Eve that time forgot

you cry over spilled milk

like a child possessed
